By using the Plutus Instagram Manager service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access Token Only – No Page Control

We only obtain an Instagram access token to manage your comments and messages. We do not have direct access to your Instagram account or the ability to log in to your profile.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for choosing a strong and secure password for your Instagram account and keeping it safe. We are not responsible for any problems caused by a forgotten or compromised password.

3. Lost Account Disclaimer

In case you lose access to your Instagram account or forget your password, Plutus cannot be held responsible and does not provide account recovery services.

4. Compliance with Instagram and National Laws

Your Instagram account must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, as well as the laws and regulations of the country you reside in.

5. Content Restrictions for Auto-Messages

Message templates you submit must not contain profanity, unethical or illegal language, or any terms prohibited by Meta (Instagram’s parent company).

6. No Data Storage

We do not store any messages, comments, or chats. Our system only accesses them temporarily to provide responses. If you have confidential conversations in your inbox, we have no access to them and cannot be held accountable for them.

7. Revoking Access

To stop Plutus from accessing your Instagram, you must revoke the connection manually through your Instagram account under the "Apps and Websites" settings.

8. Instagram Account Issues

If your page is banned, restricted, or experiences any other issues, Plutus cannot be held responsible. We only use official access tokens provided by Instagram and do not engage in unauthorized actions such as spammy automation or scraping. All features comply with Instagram’s official policies.
